The Broad is searching for an associate director of audience engagement to draw a broad range of visitors to the museum and engage the public in an active dialogue with contemporary art, artists and thinkers.

Presenting one of world’s leading collections of modern and contemporary art, The Broad is a physical manifestation of the ideas and ideals that prompted the Founders to build one of today’s foremost collections of contemporary art. The Broad will provide a state-of-the-art archive, study facilities and art storage space for scholars and curators wishing to research works in the collection, and will also house The Broad Art Foundation, known for its worldwide lending program of works from the collection.

The museum’s exhibitions and programming will focus on the artists and art of the renowned contemporary art collections of Eli and Edythe Broad, which contain nearly 2,000 works by more than 200 artists. This includes unparalleled, in-depth groupings of works by select artists such as Jeff Koons, Roy Lichtenstein, Cindy Sherman, Jean-Michel Basquiat and many others. It is contemplated that The Broad will collaborate with other contemporary art curators and their institutions in this endeavor.
