In Home Supportive Services Public Authority (IHSS PA) names Kelly Dearman as the new Executive Director.

We are pleased to announce that In Home Supportive Services Public Authority San Francisco (IHSS PA) has named Kelly Dearman as the new Executive Director.

Kelly Dearman is a well known attorney specializing in elder law issues, conservatorships, wills and trusts, and managing professional relationships with San Francisco lending institutions. She takes on this new role at IHSSPA with wide ranging experience as a partner at real estate investment firm HSM Investment Group, Inc. and a Senior Project Manager at Urban Strategies, Inc. While there, she led daily operations of two community centers providing residents with age specific services and programs, forming strategic partnerships with city leaders, resident councils, and other outreach organizations. Ms. Dearman also Co-Founded and was Executive Director of San Francisco Urban CHC, providing education and counsel to buyers and residents of new below-market units.

Located in San Francisco, California and founded in 1995, IHSSPA’s mission is to provide and promote a service delivery model of consumer-directed in-home support that maximizes the potential of older adults and people with disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities as they choose. Although a legal entity separate from the City and County, the IHSSPA is a quasi-governmental public agency established by a San Francisco Ordinance which tracks the California Welfare and Institutions Code.
